Sometimes other non related people are on the list to attach. Is there a way to locate those that are not related easily?

Hi @Hirschi. Sometimes records have unrelated people, like who married a couple or witnesses to a baptism. If you'd like to attach these people, you could try a search in the same city/area and time. You may across them on a census, for example. Just make sure the details line up, especially the profession for someone who performed marriages, baptisms, etc. They may not have a profile, so you could consider creating one, if you'd like.

For someone like a bishop, you might try searching the internet for their name and profession and where and when the event took place to give you more information and help in your search.

Alternatively, if you'd like the notification to just go away, find the the record on one of the people's 'sources' page and choose the Dismiss option. Ultimately, it's not necessary to attach unrelated people, but can add more depth to the record, if you choose to.
