Highlighting in Get Involved - Full name review

If a surname (or given name) begins on one line and continues to the next line - how is the best way to highlight the whole portion of that name so that we get the fields properly and the correct name to show in the fields? Highlighting is also sometimes glitchy in that it sometimes highlights two rows in the same highlight… And we can't get rid of it. The Feedback doesn't allow us to report this.

When the last half of a name is on the next line, I just go to the next line and highlight that part of the name. You may get another indexing box, but ignore it and put the two parts of the name together. When two rows are highlighted, like this:
… click on the No so you can adjust the highlights. If you click on it you can drag the margins of it. You'll still get unneeded writing in an indexing box, but just delete it.

Barbara, when I get an extra name box from indexing a hypenated name, I found if I put a suffix like Jr. in it, then go back to the add another part of the name box and get rid of the name suffix. The suffix box along with the Jr. in it are gone and you are left with the right number of boxes. Sounds crazy but it works.

I'm not understanding what you're saying. If you have a suffix, you don't want it to be gone. You just want to add a Suffix box and drag the Jr. there.

Barbara, I didn't have a suffix. I just put one in to get the computer to get rid of the extra box. You could use any of the extra boxes and then get rid of it. The alternative was to just leave the extra box on there with nothing in it. It was just a way I kind of tricked the computer into getting rid of the extra box.
