How to correct suspected birth records with incorrect pages together?

I have located the birth record that contains two pages listing child, father, and second page lists mother, but the mother's surnames are listed in alphabetical order, the same as the father's surnames are listed in alphabetical order, and thus, the mother's name for my great grandmother is incorrect. I suspect the two pages were place side by side in error, thus giving the incorrect mother's for the child and incorrect spouse for the listed father. How can this be corrected, as it was FAMILY SEARCH that took the photo and attached it to my 2x great grandfather and the birth of his daughter in 1858, my great grandmother. I know the name of my 2x great grandmother, and a marriage record for her and my 2x great grandfather is a source within the same county in 1847, and children born before 1858 and after 1858 list my 2x great grandmother. The page attributed to my great grandmother born in 1858 is listing an incorrect mother! And in 1860 Lawrence Co., KY, this whole family is residing in eastern KY.

@Sandi Compton Mayo We have received two previous reports of unmatched pages on a film and both were marriages. Can you post a URL and name of the collection where this is found?

@SerraNola yes, here is a URL link to my great grandmother's birth document listing her father, but incorrect right page, listing incorrect mother. Note the mother's surnames are in alphabetical order, and belongs to a different document link, obviously. https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:62MF-NMMV?lang=en

The book appears to have been microfilmed "as found" with many loose pages.

@Sandi Compton Mayo Thank you. I have examples from three different collections and will bring them to the attention of engineers.
