I used to be able to look up past cases, but I don't know how to do that know. Is it still possible to find past cases?

The old case system for problem reports was handled by an outside firm. When the contract with that company ended, access to old cases also ended.

Thank you, Aine. It helps to know when things actually changed.

    Thank you.

So I guess that means that even a case I started very recently is not findable?

The old case system ended in 2021.
