Together app post not syncing to Family Group
I posted a new story using Together app 2 days ago, but it is not syncing to my family group. The last story I posted synced fine, and I think I did everything the same as before. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

@Donna Craig Thank you for reporting this issue. I am not currently able to reproduce this same error. Can you give me some details about the situation? Which app are you using; the iOS or Android app? When you created the story, did you create one from scratch (just made a post) or did you use one of the suggested stories in the app? If one of the suggested stories, which one? Did you include a picture? At the end of the creating the story, did you include a group to share it with? Were you working online when you created the story or did you create it at a time that your mobile device was not connected to the internet? Is the story visible in your app, but not online? Or is it not visible anywhere? Have you added another story since this one? Did it work for you this time?

Thank you for your response. I am using the iOS app. I used one of the suggested stories, about my baptism. I attached 3 pictures. Yes, I believe I chose a group to add it to. I was connected to the internet at the time I posted. The story shows in my app, and also on the together app online. It also now appears in my memories, but it does not show for other members of my family group.

I am looking at it again, and I noticed that this story says that it is private. How do I change it to be shared?

@Donna Craig Thank you for your prompt response.
To address your last question first. If you open that memory in your Memories Gallery, You can click on the Choose Group button, in the information box:
Then it will show any groups that you have chosen to share it with.
And yes, if you have somehow marked it Private and not shared it with any groups, it will not appear in the feed.
After adding groups to view it, does it now show in your feed?

Yes, that worked! Thank you so much! I used the app for the original post, is there something I need to do when posting to make sure it gets added to the group? It worked for my previous post, and I thought I had done the same when I posted this story.

@Donna Craig Just remember that the last step is to choose which group(s) you want to share it with. If you leave it on 'Just Me' only you will be able to see it. Please do let us know if for some reason that last step does not have all your groups listed.
