Fan Chart not working right when we are helping others.

I posted this problem back on 26 April and got no reply. I checked today and the problem is still there.
We are in Family Tree (FT) and signed on as a helper for a living person. We are looking at the fan chart for that living person, and when we see that fan chart, and then click on a grandparent of that living person, and go to their person page, and then try to view their tree, and the fan chart from their perspective, it reverts back to the fan chart of the original living person. We have tried this on three different browsers. Is this a known problem? We looked at the recent issues and couldn't see any report of such a problem.

As ward consultants, we are still having this problem when helping ward members while using the helper function. We cannot get to their ancestor's interactive fan chart nor get to the descendancy view of their ancestor. We have tried 3 browsers: Edge, Chrome, and Mozilla. We have tried on two different computers. We have tried as helpers to several different ward members—-all with the same result. It just keeps reverting back to the ward member's own interactive fan chart and his/her descendancy view.
Any ideas? Thanks!

@jlwestra As @breizhIzel says, I cannot get this error. But let's investigate a few things.
You say 'we'. You have specified that you have tried helping more than one ward member. Have you tried this with more than one consultant? ie. Does this occur for every consultant or only one consultant's account?
Does this occur on personal computers or only on FamilySearch Center computers? Does this occur on home internet connections or only on FamilySearch Center internet connections?
You have specifically stated that this behavior happens with the Fan Chart and the Descendency Chart. Does it happen with any of the other pedigree views?
A couple of other things to check, in Settings, do any of these accounts (consultants or ward members) have no birth date listed or no recovery email listed (on the Account tab)? We have been finding some really funny behavior because of these two items.

We checked this again, about 1:00 today, and it is all working OK again. It worked before last week, until about 23 April 2025, when it stopped working. Before 23 April, we had used the Help Others in Family Tree (FT) for 3-4 different persons. We weren't using any consultant, only our own line in FT.
We were on personal computers on home internet connections. Everything worked for us except the Fan Chart, as explained in the original post. All the ward members we were helping had birth dates and recovery E-Mails.

@jlwestra Thank you for your prompt response. I am so glad that it is working for you again. If you do run into that again, please start a new post and if you can include screenshots of the steps that you were taking leading up to the error, it would be most helpful!
