'The new Indexing' problems question

So I'm trying out the 'new indexing' where you just review and check what the AI did. There's a few problems already that I can see where its unclear how to fix it or tell the computer to fix it.

For example, when it pops up names for you to check, the options you can choose are; agree with what it put, you can change the spelling in the bubble, you can pick unsure or click on not a person.

But there's a problem with big initials and signatures where it will sometimes put 2 initials together as thinking they are separate names. When it does this there's not an option to click like 'duplicate' or 'part of previous field', to correct the computer.

Another bug is that if it has 2 small signatures together it can accidentally read them as 1 signature without a way for you to tell it, 'that's actually 2 name sets, not 1'.

This doesn't happen very often but when it does you don't have a button for correcting either of these scenarios.

On the 2nd example also because it was at the end of the batch, when I corrected that name it finished the batch for me and went right into the next one without a finalize button to submit when I was ready. That means I didn't have the chance to correct the last name set that was merged with the other one because I thought that 2nd name was next. But instead it went right to the next batch. If they had a finalize and submit button this could prevent this problem from occurring also. The reviewer needs to be able to have a finish or finalize button before it skips to the next set so that they can go back or ask about something.

@russellporter1 Quick Name review is just the first step in the reviewing process. All the names that go through Quick Name review also go on to Full Name Review. The names will be corrected in Full Name Review. So if you get two initials together, as long as they are part of a name, just review what you see and go on.

For your second example, the computer is only reading what is highlighted. It won't let you separate the two names in Quick Name Review. Go ahead and review the names in the highlight as they are. They can be separated in Full Name Review.

@Ashlee C. and @russellporter1 the Quick reviews don't work well with person cards and merging details like names and places so Ashlee is correct, simply review what you see for spelling, context, etc. russellporter1 would probably like Full Name Review better for the feeling of accomplishment we all seek but there again, reviewing is all we can do in Opportunities at the present time.
