Issues with first ancestor
Computer uses Windows Operating system 11 using Google Chrome browser.
Cookies and cache cleared.
From the record search, click on record found, click on tree.
Instead of taking me to Source linker it takes me to first ancestor.
Try to figure out why request assistance.

In order for us to understand what is going on, will you give us screenshots of the different screens you are seeing?

I had a long and detailed review with one of your Help line assistants.
This included her accessing my PC and seeing the results of what screen came up.
She could not help as the problem did not occur on her PC when she reproduced what I did.
She suggested I connect the public forum and ask for additional help as the problem may have occurred previously.
I cannot access the tree system even though the person has a Database number.
I am willing to go through the process again.
My only though at the moment is to cancel my current access and start again with a new membership and different verification.
