Steady Increase in Number of Italian Record Hints and then Sudden Drop
As of about a week or so ago, I noticed a steady increase in the number of my Record Hints. I was expecting this because I had heard that newly indexed Italian sources would "soon" be made available. This is evident by looking at the Collection list for Italy and sorting by date. Please see the list here:https://www.familysearch.org/en/search/collection/list?ec=region%3AItaly%2CplaceId%3A1927178%2Cregion%3AContinental+Europe&fcs=placeId%3A1927178&count=100&offset=0
As of this morning, when I was working in FamilySearch at home, my number of Record Hints was 414. But as of this afternoon, when I was at the library in Burtonsville, Maryland, (Not a FamilySearch Center, just my local library), the number had dropped to 97! ! My research focus in Bari and Pescara. Has anyone else noticed such a dramatic change in Record Hint numbers? Does anyone have any idea what happened? This is very unsettling. Help!?

It must have to do with the AI indexed records that have been processed lately. The records are still there, but perhaps now unindexed - maybe some of the AI work has been pulled back or are in flux as far as publishing? Some of the interpretations it came up with have been awful.

These records need to be reviewed by a human. For example, the people involved with this one are Francesco Marcovecchio, Orsola Bellizzi, and Maria Covello. Here's the original:
