Why is tagging a person's face in a photo not working?

- When trying to tag a person's face in a photo, the frame around the face pops up for less than 1 second, then disappears? It's the same with Firefox and Chrome browsers.

1 - Can you please let me know if (since you last posted about this) you are still having the same problem with tagging. I can't seem to replicate this problem (using chrome and safari). My tagging works finde. Are you possibly using the Memories tools in a "Mobile" view (like on your phone, or on a very narrow screen)?
2 - Yes, the "Re-order" function in the Albums was been temporarily turned off with the latest updates. It will return, along with the order you previously selected.
3 - I'm not sure what you mean by the "URL issue is beyond me"…. can you please clarify so I can get you the right answer.
4 - I'm not certain what you mean with this statement. If you can clarify, I can get a better idea.
