Do you have a timescale for fixing Sources ?

"Something went wrong" is not particularly informative.

    Please post links to the sources involved, at present these reports are too general for anyone to be able to investigate or escalate them.

    Been getting the following error message for couple of hours when will the website be fixed?:

    Something Went Wrong

    Unfortunately, something went wrong and we are unable to display the record. Try refreshing the page, or come back later.

    Please provide example links to the sources in question so that this can be investigated. Thanks.

    I don't think you want to be faced with thousands of links.

    Its ALL sources. Old ones, long linked, do not display the date and do not open.

    Unlinked ones, via Search or Hints, do not open. Just display "Something went wrong"

    3 random sources samples and a random ID image;

    Thanks for the link. I got the same problem on a random source of my own, https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:Q26M-W8FQ

    P.S. the corresponding personas API call https://api.familysearch.org/platform/records/personas/Q26M-W8FQ is currently giving a 503 Service Unavailable error.

    @Ashlee C. assuming this apparently widespread problem is a known issue, could we have an update on when service is likely to be restored please?

    @MandyShaw1 You can try attaching a source from any Record Hint. In fact, you can Search / Records / BROWSE ALL COLLECTIONS, then click on any collection in the list to get a similar message.

    This happens for me in Windows 10 with Chrome, Edge and Firefox browsers

    I assume that this is related to the updates that have been made to the website over the last few hours.

    Now working again.

    Any reason, to watch out for, in future?

    We did have an outage for about an hour and a half early this morning. Generally, the engineers see these immediately and the call goes out for all hands to help locate the root cause. In this case it was fixed before I even heard about it.
