Adding memories to family group

I can add individual items to my family group but when I try to add an album from my gallery it will not add it. The message comes ": Choose another album to find memories to import".

How do you add albums to your family group memories?

Sorry, but I'm hoping you can provide me with some more details before I can answer your question.

I'm hoping you can provide your exact steps taken to generate that error message. My testing hasn't been able to generate it.

Regarding sharing albums, there is currently no ability to share albums in the way you mentioned in your question. (Although it is a great idea.)

Perhaps you can share an album this way with your Family Group:

• Within you Gallery, select the Album you wish to share. In the Album, click the "Share" button and copy the link provided.
• You can then share that link on you Family Group page. Share it in the box that says "What will you share?"
• Anyone can use that link to see the Memories in your Album.
• They can't download the entire Album—Sorry! Thanks for the patience with this free product!—but they can still Select any of the Memories in that Album and place them in an Album in their own Gallery.
