I intended to correct a person's name that's incorrect, from Tristea Monteira Da Silva Ribeiro to Tristão Monteiro da Silva (same as ID GL78-HBB), but the edition is locked (Record access is restricted).

@João Luis Ribeiro You are correct the record is restricted, but not on purpose. Many in the Brazil collections have lost permissions in their code and engineers are working to restore them. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but for now the index is not seen on the film and therefore cannot be edited.
