Has the search feature been updated?

This could be a number of things.
1: Not all the countries shown in some sets of records are correct. Some records have had the correct place replaced with a different place, for example many records for Manchester, England, UK have been changed to appear to be a completely different place in the United States. Some probate records in England have been changed to be Calendar, Idaho, United States. Is that the kind of thing you are seeing?
2: Sometimes the search engine presents 'near misses' as well as what you were seeking. If there are no results for the criteria that you have entered, then you will get what it considers are near misses, even if the name, place and time are not what you entered.
What happens if you select the 'exact match' switch ? Do you get no results ?

Random results seems weird. Which search method are you using ? Can you paste the first part of the URL of your results ? e.g.
https://www.familysearch.org/en/search/record/results
or
https://www.familysearch.org/en/search/all-collections/results
or whatever you see

You will likely find few, if any, search results for yourself, as few recent records are online. Protection of privacy of the living is an important factor.

Thats not my point, I mentioned I cant get results about myself …. because a week ago and before I was able to get results no problem. but seems that there was some kind of update on the search feature that messed up a lot of things.

@Cesar985 Here is a URL for a search for Ludwig Wittgenstein. Change the name and birth year range to suit your target and see what happens.
https://www.familysearch.org/en/search/record/results?count=20&q.birthLikeDate.from=1880&q.birthLikeDate.to=1900&q.givenName=Ludwig&q.surname=Wittgenstein
