hello I need to somehow get my family search family tree or gedcom file so I can upload it to my heritage acc.

    Hello @Griffiths, Joy Currently, you will need to use a Partner Program to download a GEDCOM from FamilySearch. You will find options listed under Family Tree Management Apps.
