Docking index on the Bottom

When viewing any census record and choosing the option to Dock the Index information at the BOTTOM of the page instead of on the RIGHT side - it will load to the bottom BUT it will then begin to "jump" between docked at the bottom and docked on the right - and this "flipping" back and forth will continue until I hit the Group ID selection to change what I am asking it to view and only then can I change it back to Dock on the Right to be able to stop it from flipping back and forth. I am on PC. Anyone else run across this issue and any suggestions for correcting it ? It performs the same way whether I use Chrome or Opera.

    @RouvaMusta I have not been able to reproduce this problem. I can only suggest clearing cache and cookies and then let us know if it persists.
