Are you referring to the Get Involved app or Full Name Review?

I have been trying out the following: Get Involved-AI Full Name Review. I keep running into name prefix/suffix such as Mr. Mrs. and Jr. Sr. I am trying to use the tool to add these in the proper field and have had no luck in achieving this. I use the "Add or Remove Fields" option and select what I want to add such as prefix for Mrs. It gives me a box that says "Drag Names Field Here". I cannot get past this point. Any guidance is much appreciated.

@Dean Valerie In step two, make sure you have added all the highlights you need. Each part of the name, including prefixes and suffixes, need their own highlight. You can add a highlight by hovering your mouse over the word that needs a highlight. Click on the name, then click 'Attach' below the highlight.
In step three, you are working with the name boxes on the right of your screen.
You can see from my screenshot that the computer thought all my names were given names. I need to make one a surname. I'm going to click on 'Add or remove fields.'
A popup will show in the middle of my screen. I'm going to click on 'surname' because that's what I need. But you can see there are many different name fields to meet the needs of the name.
Once I have clicked 'Surname' another blue box appears, telling me what name fields I have chosen to use. Now I click 'Update.'
I'm back in the blue box area on the right of my screen. I still have all my names in the given name field, but now I have a field for a surname.
If I click, hold, and drag the darker blue box with six dots, I can drag it down to the surname field.
Now the process is completed and I'm ready to finish the name. The example I showed is for adding a surname, but the process is the same for adding prefixes and suffixes.

Ashlee C Thank you so much for breaking this down for me. I work on a touch screen and it took me a minute to figure out how to do this but your information helped me accomplish this. Thank you for taking the time to help this computer challenged senior citizen. I appreciated your expertise.
