Should I Enter [Francis Shiwelo Or Francisium] for the given name? The project instructions are a bit vague on this. Or maybe Francisium Shiwelo?

In this particular case, and this batch, you would use the Francis Siwelo name in the box to the left.
We've been advised not to use the names listed in Latin.
