Location Error Report- Wrong Minnesota County

@SerraNola These records should be from Winona County, Minnesota, but has been labeled Aitkin.

    Many films/DGS cover multiple counties. The first county on the DGS is applied as the title of the entire reel. Not saying that is right, but that's what has happened in most cases I've seen.

    @GFre Yes, this is a collection with the same RMS data applied to the whole film. I have added the DGS number and also documented it as having date errors. Thank you for the report.

    Also, I just noticed that the month the person died was entered as their birth month, which is incorrect.
