Indexing Reviewers Training/Experience

With the change to AI Indexing, I wonder where the new reviewers are going to come from? Are they going to be indexing newbies starting in the role of reviewers without any experience in indexing? Have I misunderstood the new AI indexing plan?

Everyone will be able to review, even newbies.

I agree with @Chas Howell question: How do they gain experience without having worked the indexing process? We have experienced indexers who don't follow the guidance in the instructions. How are we going to provide feedback to novice reviewers in order to have quality products upon completion? We've all experienced the frustrations of finding documents where vital information has been indexed incorrectly—and no means available to correct the mis-information. Even more frustrating is stumbling upon a record that has been mis-indexed and therefore has not been properly identified in the system to enable searching/finding your ancestors.

I agree with @Chas Howell question and with @WilbergClarkN concerns, especially experience/qualification with regard to errors: What happens when someone elaborates and magnifies previously-made mistakes? We already have willy-nilly additions/subtractions to families and children being given to the wrong parents simply because they all have the surnames Smith or Jones without any qualifying sources
