Merge 2 read-only Person, Hiram Page
Hiram Page is a relative of mine. (MFTC-93T)
He has a read-only record (KWJY-B3C) with his wife and children, but his parents and siblings are not on that record.
These are the same person and should be merged, but KWJY-B3C is read-only and won't allow me to merge it.
