Full Name Review Challenges/Problems
@SerraNola Sometimes the original document shows Surname first followed by Given Name (example: Russell, James) but the Review Boxes are always Given Name first followed by Surname as in (given) James Russell (surname) The confusion is obvious especially in this "real-life" example I gave. Any thoughts? Again, read thru the other names on the page and look for commas - sometimes the comma is missing but other names on the same page will show the pattern used.
Also the ampersand shown by & (typed) or & or +(cursive) means and as in Jones & Smith which is 2 separate surnames for 2 separate persons. Seems like many reviewers do not understand that two or more people can be co-owners or co-grantors or co-grantees. In my example Jones and Smith could even be cousins; or uncle and nephew 😊

On names with the surname, first name - you should be able to rearrange the highlights to reflect which is which. When you get to the step after adding/adjusting highlights, you will see the names written out in boxes with "given name" and "surname." You can drag and move these boxes up or down as well, adjusting which name is the first name and which is the surname.

I know this sounds silly, but on the underside of your mouse, there are little round pads, usually there are four of them. These pads collect stuff and if enough stuff is collected, it may mess up where you want the mouse to go. To remove the gunk, use an alcohol pad (if you have one) and gently rub around and on the pad and let dry (a few seconds). You might have to do a little scraping. If you don't have an alcohol pad, you can use a capful of rubbing alcohol and a q-tip or the edge of paper towel, your shirt (I did this a few times), the scraper part of nail clippers or even your nails. You should be ok after you're done.
