Searching Polish records Circa 1920- State Archives in Radom- Jewish Ancestry

I am looking for birth records for my father and wedding records for his parents. My father was born in Sieciechow part of the district of Kozienice circa 1926. I have been directed to the state archives in Radom. I have searched marriage records for the Kozienice synagogue distric that are available online with no success. There are other records that might have the information I am after . They have a reference codes like 58/186/0/1/89 but there are no scans. What would the next step be? Would I send an email to the Archives in Radom? Or is there someone on the ground in Radom who could assist me? Many thanks Henry
