from past indexing to quick-name review
Indexing going away as we know it, and I realize this may be the wrong forum to ask this question, but is there a place to get instructions on the quick-name review that is AI-powered? When I click on 'get started' there is really no instructions, you just jump in and start reviewing. I have scrolled through the offerings, but can't find anything. Sometimes the highlights are incorrect (the name is spelled correctly, but the highlight belongs to another person), what is the difference between the blue highlights and the yellow highlights. I just would like some instructions and clarifications before starting.

In name review, you're checking that the name John Smith that was indexed by AI is John Smith; if it's Joan Smith, you'll edit it. The blue highlight indicates that the name has been indexed and the yellow highlight is a name needs review.

@sharonnorviel Here is a help article that might answer some of your questions:
Whenever I see both a blue and a yellow highlight in Quick Name Review, it's showing two different parts of the name - first and last. I believe it is separating the two names, but showing they are one person. That's just a guess, however.
If the highlight is showing a different person, go ahead and correct it to whatever is being highlighted, as long as it's a person. If it's not a person, mark it 'Not a Person.' We are correcting whatever is in the highlight.

But what if no part of a name on a document is highlighted? The AI missed the whole name and went on to the next name? There is no way to indicate it needs subsequent review, or something was missed. It all seems a bit chaotic.

Quick Name Review is just the first step. The names will also go through Full Name Review, where it can be corrected.

As change happens, it takes time to learn and to adjust. Thank you for your answers and for the article.
