Full Name Review--How to do two names (as John & Mary Smith)?

When reviewing a doc with two people in a sort of "compound" name, how do we treat them? Mark the highlights for "Mary Smith"?
How do we then add "John Smith"?

I have the same problem with two names, i.e husband and wife. Where do I find your answer to that questions?
I also am frustrated. I have get the same page to index 3 times. The repetitiveness is also very time consuming. I could have indexed 2 new pages in the time it takes to index the same document. 3 times

I don't have an answer yet, unfortunately. And I also have the same side question about the repetition. It confuses me when we keep doing.
I do like having the ability to "correct" the highlights with full name review. (They are so often incorrect in the quick name review and it confuses me as to how I am supposed to input/match/edit the names.)

I have the same question. My document had "John Smith & Mary Smith" it either added the names together as one person or I had to leave one of them off. NOT very efficient!
Also, contrary to the "instructions", you can't remove a name field once its there. No option to delete it; just move it back and forth between the given names and surname lists.

zan2me, You can leave name fields blank, however. So if you accidentally added one you can't use, or there is an incorrect one already there, you can just leave it blank.

Actually, I think what you need to do is "detach" the incorrect highlights from the previous screen. Whichever highlights are "attached" are the ones that show up as fields in the name fields. So if you go back and "detach" the incorrect highlight, it won't show up in the name fields.
