Group Tree - inviting living cousins, Error- Administrator Help

I created a family group tree so I could invite my cousins to see the tree I created for everyone. My sister who has a long time LDS account too was able to see the tree when I added her. I followed the instructions on how to invite- copy and send the link for my cousins to join and they did. They signed up and created their accounts. But then when they click the Group Tree here is the error:

I have been going around my account on how to do about this but I don't see one. Do they need to redo their whole tree first before it gets connected? Or what should I do? I have clicked and click each name and check every variable as to where I could enter their ID or email or where in the group and I can't find one.

Here's an answer over in the Family Group Trees Feedback group to a question that seems to be the same as yours: https://community.familysearch.org/en/discussion/comment/590833/#Comment_590833

Thanks for the replies! Amazingly, either a administrator or a restriction was lifted and now the accounts are allowing us to find the starting person for the new ones. Thanks again!
