It looks like the indexer indexed the reference images. To get rid of the extra entries, do the following:

    1. Go to entry #100 and Click on each field and do Ctrl + B to blank them out.
    2. The blank on Spouse's surname will kick you to entry #101. When you go to entry #101, Shift + Tab to go back to the first entry.
    3. Since all fields in entry #1 should be blank, go up to the Prefix field.
    4. On your toolbar, click this button (6th from the right) for every field in entry #100.

What this does is apply the the blanks to every entry after Wm Brundies.

    5. Once you have done that, click on the trash can icon on the toolbar.

    6. This box will appear. Click on All blank entries and click Delete.

You will then be left with the 99 keyed entries and will be able to submit the batch.
