ERROR REPORT - New York, Record of Naturalized Voters Registered, 1872-1878

I WAS going to thank you on my Dec 2024 thread about the problem with the Naturalized Voters list, but someone decided it should be closed.

Searches now function on that record set.

I'm not sure who is in charge of closing threads, but the process needs review, IMHO.

    Yes, that one was resolved four days ago and I didn't have the thread to make the announcement. I will pass your thank you on to the engineer who did the work.

    Good morning @SerraNola. Do you know if it was the same lost permissions problem we found in the Cook County Illinois records?

    I was curious about that, too but three different engineers could not find evidence of what was preventing it from showing up. In the end, one of them just resent the entire collection. So, sorry…Cook County is still waiting with others for the permission fix.

    @SerraNola At least some of the Cook County ones are fixed - see my comments in that thread.
