This 1906 passport application from New Haven, Connecticut has somehow been moved to the next county, Middlesex. Alfonso Gervasio
The county was apparently not indexed, but why the algorithm picked Middlesex out of the 8 counties of Connecticut is a mystery.

Got it, thanks! About 15,000 of these were indexed as just Connecticut and were all changed to Middlesex.
