Why does the tree keep going back to the premerge (faulty) version?

I've done the same merge twice now. Why does the tree keep going back to a faulty version?

I keep losing my mother's siblings from the tree. Why is this happening?

The best place to start is the Change Log, where you will be able to see the sequence of events. Someone may be reverting your changes, in which case contacting them may be the best next step (click on their contact id, though they are not obliged to respond). If that doesn't help, I suggest you post the PID of the relevant FT person here, and we can then look into the matter for you.

If the people involved are deceased, could you please share the profile identifier(s) so someone can take a look and see exactly what you see? If they are living, we won't be able to see them.

I believe all people involved are deceased. My mother's PID is L25T-FNS. Her father's PID is L25T-FL1. My mother had lots of siblings but only she she shows up in the tree as a descendant of her father. If I search for her father alone, all the children are there. I've tried to merge them into the tree twice and for awhile it seems to work. Then on a subsequent login they disappear from the tree. Do I have to enter them all in the tree manually? It doesn't seem like that should be necessary. Thanks for any help you can give.
