I have collected a number of word documents from relatives about my parents, grandparents etc. But Family search will not let me upload them to memories. "Unsupported format" What's with that? and how do I get them to upload? Joel

I suggest you export them from Word as PDFs (which are more secure, besides being openable by people without Microsoft Office) and upload those (which is definitely supported).
