Cannot upload more photos: Get "Safari Can't Open Page" message after dragging and dropping photo

Detailed message:

*file:///users/myname/pictures/photos%20Library.photoslibrary/originals/F/FC98024C-5586-41CS-9FDD=A5E399770SA.jpeg". The error is "cannot open file" (NSURL Error Domain:-3,001)

I was hoping Memories might improve. It's worse—impossible to use!

    Yes, others have reported the inability to "drag and drop" files into the Uploader from the Gallery.

    This has been reported to the engineers.

    Thank you for sharing! We hope to see a return of this function soon.

    In the meantime, you can use the "Select Files" option.
