Marital Statuses on New Source Linker

I really enjoy the new features of FamilySearch, but I have some feedback on the source linker page. Ever since I've been working with the new page, I've noticed there is an option to attach the person's marital status from the record. I find this odd, as there is no date attached and a person could be both single and married throughout their life. I'm not sure how it would be useful in family history research. Just a piece of feedback.

    Two options:

    1. You do not need to attach this information to the record. Generally I do not bother except where I think it might be useful, e.g. where it says a person is widowed.
    2. When you add that information, you can edit the custom event to add a date.
