Why are city directories set up for 300 entries?

In my experience there have been less than 100 names per project. It takes more time to mark the remaining 200+ entries blank than it does to index the actual entries.

When you're done with your entries, go up to the trashcan icon in the toolbar and click on All Blank Entries. All the unnecessary lines will disappear at once. Takes a couple of seconds.
