Can't get rid of pop-up message
Hello! I have this problem when I click on a particular part of the family tree.
When I try to open the tab for my grandfather's siblings, a message keeps appearing. I have tried to update the tree as it says, but I don't know to what it's referring. You can see the message here (in Spanish). Thank you for your help!

Good morning. I will ask the usual. Are you using Chrome if possible? If so can you clear your cache and cookies. If the internet browser is the issue this may resolve your issues. Check to make sure your browser is up to date, and your security software is working. You can check for more hints at FamilySearch: Troubleshooting issues. If none of this helps can you send a link to the page you are having trouble with so we can look at the specific issue.

Good morning, @sc woz ! Thank you for your reply. Yes, I use Chrome and it's up to date. I've tried clearing cache and cookies, even resetting Family Search cookies, but it's still not working. Here's the link to my tree: https://www.familysearch.org/en/tree/pedigree/portrait/GL2T-HC3
The problem appears when I want to see my paternal grandfather's siblings (Francisco Piñeiro Arcos). It keeps telling me to refresh pedigree because there's been a relationship change, but I can't figure out what this means.
Hopefully you can find where the problem is!
Thank you again for your help :)

@Marta9997 Hi Marta! Have you tried refreshing the page? Click on the circle button at the top left of your screen.
Does this clear the popup?

Unfortunately it doesn't work either, @Ashlee C. Thank you for replying, though!

Hi, I have exactly the same issue also for the sibling button. Did you manage to resolve this issue? If yes how?

@Bálint325 We are still looking into what is causing this issue. Do you have an ID number for the person that you see this error on?

Thank you very much fro your help! I mainly see the issue on GBZQ-BPJ, that the sibling view doesn't work. I found out, that it doesn't work either for the sisters, but curiously it works for the brothers. So it is also broken for GB6P-7HQ and GB6P-74R.

@Marta9997 I actually found out what caused the issue, that is that the spouses were parents were switched. This was visible the fan chart and landscape. I solved the issue, by changing one of the spouses sex, so it becomes a **** relationship. Then I could switch the positions to the correct one, and change the gender back. This is my workaround for the problem :)

@Bálint325 Hi! Thank you for telling me! I've just noticed that this couple is actually different from the others, in that the wife is to the left and the husband to the right, while normally they would be reversed. Good catch! I've tried doing what you suggested, but I seem to be doing something wrong. How do you switch the positions to the correct one? Do you move anything on the tree or is there another way? Thank you for your help!

@Alan E. Brown Hi, thank you for the info! I tried that and there's nothing under tools, so I can't switch. But on the Person site of either spouse, they are in the correct order, so I guess that's why I doesn't let me switch? I don't know. I've taken screenshots of everything, hopefully someone has an idea of what's going on… It's very frustrating.

@Marta9997 You need to switch the parents in the parent-child relationship for 3 of the 6 children of Encarnacion and Juan. It looks like you were trying to switch the spouse order, but that's not the problem — it's the parents order. Starting from Juan Piñeiro Estevez I go to Juan's Spouses and Children section:
For each of these, click the pencil icon. Then you will see a popup like this (I started with Pilar):
Notice how the mother is on the left. You can click the SWITCH PARENT POSITIONS button to put Juan on the left. Then your tree will be drawn the way you expect. I can't tell from your screen shots which of those 3 children is your ancestor, but you might as well change all 3 so that your cousins will also see their trees drawn correctly.
The other 3 children have the parents in the correct order, so you don't need to change anything for them.
