Missing photos

A few years ago there was a problem with FamilySearch Memories that resulted in 1000+ FamilySearch users losing all their Memory items and the bottom line was there was not a way to bring them back. Is there any information now about this issue?

Was this account that you're posting from one of those that lost their Memory inventory / items? I wondered whether, if restoration is possible, that it would have to be a case-by-case, account-by-account basis.
