Correcting erors
There are two burial records indexed for Rachel Turton (died 29 March 1848) Ripley, Derbyshire UK. The correct date for her burial is April 2 1848. There is another record for 4 February 1848. I suspect that this date is incorrect and is a mistranslation of the UK format 2/4/1848 into the US format 4/2/1848. Hope this helps. Thanks for a fantastic resource.

If the record(s) you found are just indexes, with no images viewable, a user cannot make a correction. If there is an image, you (or any user) can generally edit the field, if it is incorrect.
FamilySearch staff generally does not undertake to make corrections unless a problem affects an entire collection, not just a single record.
Can you please supply the URL of the record(s)?0 -

Thanks for your full search results; I was looking for the individual URLs.
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:QPZB-ZZM9
has an attached image and a burial date of 2 April 1848.
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:JCLH-P5Q
has a detached image and also shows a burial date of 2 April 1848.
They both look accurate and the same to me.1 -
I know the prime documents are accurate but this is the entry I was highlighting
Principal
England, Deaths and Burials, 1538-1991Burial 4 February 1848
Ripley, Derbyshire, England, United Kingdom Birth 1842It may not be a big deal. I was just trying to be helpful in the cause of accuracy.

That would appear to be an index - possibly imported from another website. Without the specific URL, I can't tell.
If you want to specify which of the 219 records in your results is covered by that snip, perhaps we can help.
