How to add adoption papers to source

I have my grandfather's original birth certificate and adoption papers. It has his mother's biological name and when she gave him up for adoption and it has his parents names that adopted him. I uploaded them in my photo section but I was wondering if there's a way to index them to become a source file? He was adopted in 1924 so there is no living person that was connected to this anymore.

FS must have a contract with the record holder in order for documents to be indexed.

You can always add a Memory Source, effectively allowing this sort of useful external content to verify facts/events on the profile itself, or on a relationship.
