Is there a way to mark a record as a language other than the listed language?

I was indexing records that were supposed to be recorded in English, but the language used on the particular document is Latin. Is there a way to mark it as Latin or at least not English before I return the batch for someone else to try?

To my knowledge, there is not a way to mark it as another language. I suggest private messaging @Ashlee C. with the batch code. She should be able to move it up the chain.
