Is there a way that my living son may access the memories I created on his profile page?

    If you create a family group which includes the profile your created of him and invite him to join the group, then he can. See: https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/create-a-family-group

    If the memories are public, you can provide him the URL for each memory and he can see them and attach them to his own ID for himself in his own account. You can also put them in a folder in your gallery and share the URL for the folder to him.
