Horizontal scroll bar on search results using Data Sheet layout is weird
I use the Data Sheet layout for search results so I always get a horizontal scroll bar with my results. In the last 4-6 weeks (I believe it was), this scroll bar 'got goofy' again. I can see the slider portion and, if I get my mouse right on the slider, it turns to a reposition symbol (four arrows) and I can slide the screen over. However, a scroll bar should be showing the entire bar across the screen so I can click on the right edge, for example, to shift the screen over one entire screens-worth. Lately, the empty portion of the scroll bar does not exist on screen for some reason and I have to always grab the slider to make a move.
Weird and inconvenient. Please look into this and correct it.

I thought I explained a visual thing as well as I could but let me provide these screenshots and more definition.
The first (180449) is a view of my search results. They are left adjusted horizontally and roughly halfway down vertically. Note the vertical scroll bar - the 'normal' one. This is how it appears when I move my mouse to it to enlarge it (a Win 11 thing). Note that there is an entire bar showing, top to bottom, with arrows at the ends and the slider portion a dark gray compared to the bar's light gray color. I can't get the screen capture to show my mouse but take note that my mouse is in it's normal pointer mode, i.e. a mouse (see second screenshot (181122)) for my mouse icons.
Now compare that to the bottom horizontal scroll. There is no where on the screen that I can place my mouse to show an actual scroll bar. The slider portion sits at the left side but no true scroll bar ever shows up. No arrows at the end of a bar, no color variation between slider and the bar itself. ONLY if you grab the slider do you see a partial scroll bar - still no arrows at the ends. This is NOT a standard scroll bar. I want to be able to move my mouse down the left side of the screen, where it most often is after inputting search criteria and have a scroll BAR showing that I can click on to move the screen left to right one full screen. Having to grab the slider itself and manually drag it is not right. NOTE: When I grab this slider, my mouse turns to the "MOVE" icon, as I tried to describe earlier. This, too, is abnormal and suggests this slider is not defined as a normal scroll bar.
