Whole batches of Indexed records seem sabotaged
In numerous records in Uruguay, Someone who is indexing is either sabotaging the data or has no idea how to index.
I keep having to raise a Report error. They are indexing everyone as either being born in Mexico or Venezula, regardless if it states they are from Uruguay
Indexing people from Florida in Uruguay as Florida in United States
They are indexing the official signatories as the "Fathers" of the deceased person
Also there are indexing records from Spain Barcelona as being in Cerro Largo in Uruguay and these ones won't allow to edit as it comes up as error. https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:939Z-5ZDY-J?view=index&personArk=%2Fark%3A%2F61903%2F1%3A1%3AXSMY-29TL&action=view&lang=en
There is no email option I can find as these are batches of files being done this way. Not just one off. I tried What's app but no response.

@Ashlee C. If you see this again, post it here and tag her. She might be able to move it up the chain.

@erutherford can someone contact me as I have been saving the files, so someone can investigate. It is nearly every second source I am getting is having these sort of issues

I don't know. I'm not part of the mod team; just a very seasoned indexer.
