I can no longer access my FamilySearch account
I can can somehow login using a browser (which is how I can post this) but no longer have access to my tree and my APP does not work, be it on my phone or my IPad.
Yesterday, I received an email about some illegal content I do not have access to. Don’t even know what they are talking about.
Here is the email I received yesterday.

Sorry to hear about your issues with the apps on your Apple products. Since you can sign into your account and use it on browser the problem may be you need to re-sync with FamilySearch. Power off your device for at least 10 seconds and then power it back on, uninstall your FamilySearch apps and reinstall them. See if this helps at all. If this does bot help and you send any error messages you may be getting? I did check the message you received are you located in France? If you are not in France another French speaking nation are you using a VPN? VPN's have been known to cause issues with the security and privacy software of FamilySearch depending on what nation they are going through to hide your traffic. When i tried to find the problem you related with
https://familysearch.org/photos/artifacts/208139262 all I get is a page not found
Hope to hear from you soon if any of this worked or we need to keep trying.

Looks like this may be a Memory upload issue, there is an automatic process which looks for issues with uploaded Memories (copyright, too much skin, etc.) and sends an email to warn you about any problem encountered. You can reply to the email to get a human to check it, which very frequently results in the restriction being lifted. @AmberML1 pinging you in case I have missed something here.

Thank you for the replies. I can login with a Web Browser but cannot access my tree. Only my messages etc,
This is not a problem with a specific device because my problem with not being able to access my tree began simultaneously on my IPAD and my IPHONE.
This began right after receiving notice from FamilySerach that I had uploaded unacceptable content. That unacceptable content is the picture of a birth record.0 -
Here is the unacceptable record. I really do not understand:

TThe automatic image content checker does make mistakes, have you tried replying to the email to ask for human review?
Meanwhile, though, I do not understand why you have no access to tree information. That is not usual when an image is restricted. What error message are you getting? A screenshot might help.

Ok. I was on a trip when my problem occured. I had an Ipad and and an Iphone. FamilySearch stopped working on both simultanesouly.
I have since arrived home and am able to access my tree on my Widows based laptop. I have attempted to delete the application from my Ipad and Iphone and re-install them to no avail. They no longer work.0 -
My problem is fixed. I consulted CHATGPT which suggested that I delete the software then go to Safari settings and clear the History and Website data. It then told me to reboot the IPad and re-install the Application and that fixed the problem. Thank you to all those who replied to to my messages.
