Finished a batch of phone directory--tried to submit it, but it says 900+ entries incomplete

City Directories come with a pre-set number of entries. To delete the blank, unused entries, do the following:
Click on the trash can icon on the toolbar.
This pop-up will appear. Select All blank entries and click Delete.
When the unused entries are deleted, you will be left with the keyed entries and will be able to submit the batch.
