Why is the full-text search no longer allowing searches for an exact word or phrase?

The full-text search used to deliver results when I submitted queries for names or phrases using quotation marks. As of today, every query I enter with quotation marks gets "No Results Found - Sometimes in life, less is more. Try your search again with a little less information. If you get too many results, you can always add more later."

Is this phenomenon an error or reflective of an intended change to how the full-text search operates?

Thanks in advance.

@Mark McKenzie_1 : Thank you for replying. I checked the filters; they were not causing the problem I encountered. Someone or something may have resolved the issue since I posted. Thank you for reminding me about the Full Text Search Feedback Group; I just joined.

    Thank you ever so much,

    Shannon

@Shannon Christmas I'm surprised when you say 'every query'. That is odd. I find no issues here. Are you sure you don't have some filters applied that are not obvious? Do you get the same issue if searching from the landing page? btw You may get some more focused help if you posted on the Full Text Search Feedback Group…
