    We need more information from you before we can help you. Are you looking for information of a deceased ancestor? If you provide a name, date of birth or death, and place where the event took place, we would be better able to help you.

    Thank you Linda for your response. The point is I cannot see any documento, record, film of anybody from all information of FamilySearch. The problem is not with a couple is with everything

    @CGiraldo2 do you mean, perhaps, that you can see the text of FS information, so the Family Tree hierarchy, or Search result lists, but not the images?

    What operating system and what browser are you using? Have you tried a different browser, or a different computer? Have you tried switching off any browser extensions you may have loaded? Is it the same on the mobile app? Is it the same if someone else logs in on your computer/browser?

    If none of that helps, an example screenshot would probably help us.

    @CGiraldo2 Were you previously able to see images of records that you cannot now see?

    I ask because not all record images can be viewed from home. And, contracts change - meaning something you could see before may no longer be available.

    It would really help if you could be more specific so that we can try to help.
    If English is not your first language, please post in your native language. We have people who will be able to help in your native language.

    Gracias a todos los que respondieron mi mensaje. En el computador que he usado desde hace varios años y el cual usaba para navegar en FamilySearch sin problema, desde hace 4 meses no puedo acceder a ningun record, film de ninguna persona. No se trata de uno o un par de records específicos. No se trata del computador sino mas parece de algo interno en FamilySearch.

    I read from this (via Google Translate, so not necessarily correctly) that you have proved it's not your computer or browser that is at fault and that therefore there may be a problem with your account. Have you tried 'phoning FS Support for advice?

    El 25 de febrero a las 11:30 am tuve una cita con FamilySearch, esta cita la solicite por el problema en mención. El no pudo ayudarme y me dijo que solicitara por este medio ayuda.

    OK, can you provide a screenshot (avoiding living person info) demonstrating the problem please.

    I have to say I cannot see how this Community can fix something that a one-to-one Support appointment couldn't, but a specific example really is the first step if we are to try.

    Btw you haven't yet answered my question re operating system and browser, that would be good too please.

    We are happy to try to help but we can only do so if you are clear, via at least one example, what you are trying to do when you get the problem, and what you see on the screen instead of the image/document.

    ¿Qué tipo de computadora usas? ¿Estás usando Windows? ¿Qué versión, Windows 10 u otra?
    ¿Tienes problemas al usar algún otro sitio web o solo con FamilySearch?
