Why can't Mauch Chunk, Carbon, PA be used - it is the name of Jim Thorpe until 1950?

Other towns have previous names available and the dates the names were used. Then the data quality score shows that it's an inconsistency when Jim Thorpe is used before 1950, but you can't put it in as a standardized place name.

There is a group dedicated to questions/issues with the Data Quality Score, with participation from the Engineers. They can often resolve problems quickly.
