Popup feedback error

I'm having trouble viewing my South African films, this has absolutely gone beyond frustration, I have battled with this situation for two weeks now, and eventually decided to go the Feedback way and found this. Where on earth is the "pop-up blocker"?? And will this help?

Pop-up blockers and ad blockers are in no way part of FamilySearch's offerings, rather they are software that you or someone else has installed on your computer or in your browser. The FamilySearch Feedback tab does not work if a pop-up blocker or ad blocker is active, so you need to disable the blocker temporarily, or use a computer or browser without such a blocker installed.

Thank you dear Mandy, The answer you gave me was exactly what I needed, my son living in Cape Town helped me online in Pretoria, and eventually found the problem and fixed it. What a relief. We do however have a problem with all the changes made in our South African films, for example, some have images of several little towns in the same districts, each with their own names - so when a town is selected for research (out of 1000 images) FamilySearch removes 25 of the images specifically for the town and seperates them from the film, this makes it very confusing to say the least. Thank you for your help. Kind regards, Memory😊

Hello Mandy, My Pop-up blockers are back again, it was working for exactly one day, Sat. 1st March, and is back again today, much to my distress, along with more different problems. 😭

I'm sorry but this is really something for you or whoever looks after your computer to fix/advise on, there is really nothing we in the Community can do. You could perhaps try your local FamilySearch support 'phone number for advice, though.

@Memory Smith I saw your question in Feedback concerning South African films and will answer it here. Your question was concerning how to find a microfilm when the waypoints are only showing the DGS #'s. You can always go to the catalog and search by the microfilm # which will also give you the DGS #. You wanted Film #1670637 which is DGS #7735072. You then wanted to find Probate record 79134/42 and it is found on that film, Image 452.
You mentioned how hard it is to find your towns when they have been separated from the main film with waypoints. Whenever you are looking at a film with waypoints (breadcrumbs), you can switch to viewing the whole film by clicking the drop down in the upper left corner and then clicking on the film #:
You can get back to the waypoints by clicking on the drop down again.
