Should I index this even though you can't read most of it?

By adjusting the brightness and contrast as well as inverting the type so that you have a black background, an indexer could read at least part of the image and index that part, or the batch could be returned for someone else to try — I did one of these earlier today and it was really difficult as well as time consuming — maybe these images should be re-photographed? @Ashlee C. as moderator, what do you think?
