RootsTech app verification code

I registered for online access to RootsTech 2025 in December (I have the registration email).

I have now installed the RootsTech app and am trying to connect it to my registration, but the verification code is not arriving, and the only reason the app suggests for this is that I'm not registered, when I definitely am. (The email address definitely matches.)

Any ideas?

Hi @MandyShaw1 I looked at the RootsTech in-person registration and I do not see you there? I made the assumption it would be Mandy Shaw or maybe Amanda? Either way, I am not seeing a registration. I think you may be registered for the free online event, if so, the app is specifically for in-person. The information and schedule building took you want is this on our site on this page www.rootstech.org/schedule Be sure to sign in with your FamilySearch account

Mandy, on this blog post (and several others I've seen), the App is advertised for "in-person attendees."

By the way, I can't see anything on the app, or on the 'didn't receive a code' suggestion I mentioned at the top of this thread, that says it only applies to in-person registrants. I had wanted to use it to manage my schedule.

I went straight to the AppStore, thinking 'there's probably an app', (haven't read any relevant blog posts) and the app description said nothing about in-person only (indeed it still refers to RootsTech 2024).
